"CV Writing for Success", convened by A/Prof Deb Colville (Ophthalmologist and medical educator) and A/Prof Jan Coles (Associate Professor at Monash University Department of General Practice), is a workshop giving you personal attention to improve your CV writing format and style.

Features of the day will include:

- the opportunity to email your CV to A/Prof Colville 1-2 weeks prior to the event for feedback on the day (all CVs emailed will be kept private and confidential)
- a troubleshooting presentation, comparing "good" with "bad" CVs, and how to avoid common pitfalls
- tips on how to describe your achievements to your best advantage
- the opportunity to workshop your CV in groups with experienced guidance

Where: Lovell Theatre, Royal Melbourne Hospital Clinical School
When: Saturday 17th April 2-4pm
Cost: $45 for non-members/$30 for student non-members
