Membership

There are over 3900 women registered with the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria. We encourage all these female medicos to become part of the Victorian Medical Women's Society (VMWS).

Membership application forms (click link to download) can be sent via mail or email; payment is accepted by cheque, money order or electronic funds transfer.

Members and non-members are welcome to join the Victorian Medical Women’s Society Facebook Group to receive notifications of upcoming events and to network with like-minded medical women. * Full Members $160
* Student Members $35
* Retired or Senior Members $120
* Rural Members (>100km from GPO) $70
* Gift membership $120 (from a financial member to a full member)

5 and 3 year Memberships

Due to popular demand we offer 3-year and 5-year VMWS membership subscriptions for full, retired, senior and rural members. We offer a 10% discount for 3-year memberships and 15% discount for 5-year memberships. Avoid the yearly paperwork and get a discount!

Membership confers a wealth of benefits including free attendance at VMWS general events.
